5 EXERCISES TO IMPROVE FOOT/LEG STRENGTH FOR BADMINTON #badmintontraining BY CIKGU YAYA



As we know, they are seven components in fitness. They are cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance, agility, speed, body composition, muscular strength, flexibility and power. All of these components are important to increase your perfomance and stamina in all type of sports. However, each sport have their own specific drills to increase their performance using FITT. All drills must have Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type , so it can help to improve your skills to the next level 

 

In this video, im focusing on how to improve badminton skill among the players on leg strength. Leg strength is one of muscular strength component.  Having leg/foot strength is very important for badminton - for improving your jump smash, retrieving shots in defence, and jumping into a net kill! We take you through 5 exercises to improve your leg and foot  strength and show you examples of how these exercises help professional players during matches!  Hope this video help you to become a Good Badminton player soon 👍🥰
