FLEXIBILITY DRILLS IN BADMINTON- ROUTINE EXERCISES #badmintontraining BY CIKGU YAYA


As we know, they are seven components in fitness. They are cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance, agility, speed, body composition, muscular strength, flexibility and power. All of these components are important to increase your perfomance and stamina in all type of sports.

However, each sport have their own specific drills to increase their performance using FITT. All drills must have Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type , so it can help to improve your skills to the next level 

In this video, im focusing on how to improve badminton skill among the players. This video shows to player how to improve badminton flexibility by doing a routine of exercises before and after playing badminton. Doing these exercises regularly will help you become more appreciate your body and know the importance of warm up and cooling down before and after the games. They will also help you avoid injury and prepare yourself to do more high workout. Hope this video help you to become a Good Badminton player soon 👍🥰
